Welcome to Kakui Sushi
Kakui Sushi is your local spot for fresh Japanese food in Oakland. You can find us at 2060 Mountain Blvd, right in the heart of the community. We serve lunch from 11:30am to 2pm, and dinner from 5pm to 9pm. We’re closed on Mondays, but open every other day to welcome you and your family.
You can sit down and enjoy a good meal, grab takeout on your way home, or have food delivered to your door. At Kakui Sushi, the food is always fresh, and the service is always friendly.

Great food, they use real crab and it makes all the difference. The nigiri is really solid, melt in your mouth salmon and a wide selection. Every roll we've gotten here has been at least good if not excellent. Excellent sake selection as well. This is our treat sushi spot.
